I am working for joyous, succesful working environments. In practice that often means coaching and promoting lean, agile and self-managing ways of working.

When teams and organizations gather round to facilitatedly find their biggest mutual bottlenecks and shared goals, the solutions to seemingly wicked problems are surprisingly easy to find. It just takes some presistence to make them fluent everyday routines, and that’s where a seasoned coach is helpful.

Together with my partners Miika Kuha and Päivi Thuneberg we have created a powerful weapon for leadership change: Withmore. Withmore is a small but effective make-it-happenator for human centric process development.
